1. About the service
Property Portal, powered by MV Software (Moulton Ventures LLC), provides automated property reports with general real estate information such as estimated values, comparable sales, rents, market trends, demographics and deal calculations. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms of Use.
2. Data sources and accuracy
Reports are generated from public records and third-party data providers. This data may be incomplete, inaccurate, estimated or out of date. We do not verify it and make no guarantee about the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any report.
3. No professional advice; not an appraisal
Reports are for informational purposes only. They are NOT financial, investment, legal, tax, lending or appraisal advice. A report is NOT a licensed appraisal, a broker price opinion, a home inspection or a survey, and must not be relied on as one.
4. Your due diligence
You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Before buying, selling, financing or investing in any property, do your own due diligence and consult licensed professionals, including real estate agents, attorneys, appraisers, inspectors, lenders, accountants and financial advisors.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Property Portal, MV Software, Moulton Ventures LLC and their owners, employees and partners are not liable for any loss, damage or claim arising from your use of, or reliance on, any report or information, including any decision, purchase, sale, loan or deal made based on it. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
6. Payments and credits
Report credits are purchased in advance, are used when a report is generated, and are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may change at any time.
7. Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your login secure. Do not misuse the service, scrape it, resell reports as a data feed, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will ask you to accept the new version before you continue using the service.
